National pet month talks underway

Dogs trust gave an entertaining ,informative and thought provoking talk this evening about their work rehoming dogs from their centre in Glasgow.  Thanks to Tim from dogs trust for giving his time this evening. Dogs Trust open day is on Sunday 29th July in Strathclyde park, Glasgow.

Community consultation: we want your input!

What do you think about windfarms? Did you know that a large windfarm can bring in up to £75,000 per year into a community to be spent on community projects such as playparks, youth groups, environmental projects, anything you can imagine!

Denny and District Development Group are currently neotiating with wind farm developers for money like this to come into denny and we want your opinion. How could we spend it, how should we negotiate with these developers? Should denny own its own turbine?

Puppy party underway!



The puppies have been let off leads for a session of puppy play in tonight's puppy party!
